This role is based within Coventry University Online Learning, a sister company of Coventry University and part of the Coventry University Group.

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Manager to help CUOL with the establishment of GrowCo, a function within CUOL that will develop a strong marketing, sales and recruitment team allowing us to deliver to an even greater cohort of students from across the globe.

This is a pivotal role in helping GrowCo develop and optimise marketing automation strategies to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.

You will lead the execution of targeted and personalised marketing campaigns while leveraging automation tools to streamline processes.

Working with the GrowCo Commercial Lead, implement a short and long-term marketing automation strategy for each stage of the customer lifecycle, aligned with overall GrowCo growth objectives.

Lead the execution of automated marketing journeys and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for automated marketing campaigns.

We are looking for a passionate individual for digital technology and the latest innovations in e-learning and the ability to stay abreast of the latest digital trends.

You should have proven experience in a related business and marketing management role, specifically in marketing automation or a wider digital marketing role.

You will be tech-savvy with an in-depth knowledge of marketing automation platforms (MAPs), CRM, web analytics, and design tools and principles.

Experience in setting up automated campaigns in marketing automation platforms, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and evidence of optimising marketing strategies and lead scoring is required.

Demonstrable knowledge of Marketing and Sales management processes, with the ability to produce business value/process mapping and standard operating procedures, is necessary.

This role is based in Milton Keynes with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
