Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Chief Medical Officer to join our Chief Medical Officer's Leadership Team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening system partnership working, particularly with Primary Care, and will be responsible for co-designing Integrated Community Teams across Sussex.

Main Responsibilities
  • Agree on a balanced portfolio that offers exceptional experience in medical leadership across our diverse Community Trust and the wider system.
  • Build strong and effective working relationships and networks that interface with GPs and wider clinical leadership across the health community.
  • Deliver high-quality and effective care to those who use our services.
