Caregiver Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Care Assistant to join our team at Cera Care in Prescot. This rewarding role involves supporting our clients with personal care, including continence support, washing and dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks.
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing companionship, reassurance, and joy. You will work closely with our technology platform, Cera Tech, which streamlines administrative tasks and enhances outcomes.
This is a part-time and full-time opportunity, offering flexible shifts, including mornings, days, evenings, and nights. You will usually have every other weekend off for work-life balance. Our benefits include guaranteed hours, enhanced bank holiday rates, holiday pay, and pension scheme, as well as free DBS/PVG, company mobile phone, and uniform provided.
The estimated salary for this role is £11.44 per hour on weekdays and £12.50 per hour on weekends, reflecting the value we place on your skills and experience.
