Administrative Support for Mortgage Team

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join our team at EFE Personnel. As a key member of the mortgage department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our mortgage advisors and team.

Main Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

  • Processing mortgage applications and ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Communicating with clients, lenders, and solicitors to facilitate the mortgage process
  • Updating databases and systems with application progress and client information
  • Coordinating mortgage valuations and surveys
  • Providing general administrative support to the mortgage team
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in Maths and English
  • Previous experience in an administrative role within the financial services sector
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
