This role requires a high level of customer service skills, as you'll be interacting with customers daily, responding to their needs, and providing a positive experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure the van and equipment are clean and well-maintained.
  • Load and unload customer orders, taking care to handle products with care.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • A UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) with at least 12 months' experience and no more than 3 penalty points.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and move products as required.
