We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Housekeeper Associate to join our team at Circle Health Group.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Housekeeper Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities, ensuring that patients, visitors, and staff have a comfortable and healthy environment in which to work and receive care.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain patient, public, and employee areas, adhering to high standards of hygiene and infection control.
- Replenish linens and consumables as required.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Competence in literacy and numeracy.
- Good communication skills essential.
- Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
- Proficient in the use of a PC, including software and systems.
- Prior experience preferred but not essential; comprehensive training provided.
- Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with service.
