About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Home Manager to join our team at Bupa. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing outstanding, personalised care to our residents, always putting their needs and wellbeing first.

You will lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team, managing all aspects of the home, identifying business opportunities, and effectively managing budgets. You will also be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance is maintained across all relevant areas.

We are looking for a strong clinical leader with a commercial acumen and strategic mind. You will have a proven track record of developing an environment that focuses on continuous improvements, and be an effective communicator with a confident and influential leadership style.

We offer a range of activities for our residents, including entertainers and parties for special events.

Set in a tranquil location and recently refurbished, our home offers residential and nursing care, including care for those living with dementia.
