Care Home Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Care Home Manager to lead our team at Erskine Hall Care Home in Northwood, Middlesex. As a trusted leader, you will be responsible for providing outstanding, personalised care to our residents, ensuring their needs and wellbeing are always met.
You will be managing all aspects of the home, identifying business opportunities, effectively managing budgets, and taking responsibility for the operating profit of the home. You will also ensure regulatory compliance is maintained across all relevant areas.
We are looking for a strong clinical leader with a commercial acumen and strategic mind. You will have the ability to develop an environment that focuses on continuous improvements, and be an effective communicator with a confident and influential leadership style.
About Our HomeErskine Hall is a 15-minute walk from Northwood train station and is easily accessible via public transport. Our home offers residential and nursing care, including care for those living with dementia. We pride ourselves on providing person-centred care, championing dignity and independence, and organising bespoke activities for our residents.
