About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at SureCare Central Cheshire. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred care and support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as washing, dressing, and medication administration
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.60 for weekdays, £13.70 for evenings (after 6pm), and £18.90 for bank holidays

Requirements
  • Valid driver's licence and own transport
  • Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Previous experience in care is a bonus, but not essential as full training is provided
