About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Test Controller to join our team at Redline Assured Security. As a Regional Test Controller, you will be responsible for planning, briefing, delegating, and conducting professional quality assurance testing at various establishments throughout the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct quality assurance testing at various locations
  • Brief and delegate tasks to team members
  • Ensure compliance with client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and test requirements
  • Lead a team of at least one Team Member (TM) and ensure they conduct themselves in a professional manner
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of new team members
  • Compile reports on the completion of testing and ensure they are quality assured in line with company policy
