About the Role

We are currently looking for a skilled Neighborhood Growth Manager to join our team at Brakes Bros Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving profitable volume growth and hitting targets in your assigned neighborhood.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and leverage strong customer relationships with local neighborhoods and communities through constant selling, face to face meetings, and understanding customer needs.
  • Onboard new customers effectively and successfully while ensuring close working relationships with existing accounts and track activity using Salesforce.
  • Work closely with your distribution partner/driver for your neighborhood to create a strong team for the community.
  • Deliver profitable volume growth and hit targets.
  • Monitor competitor and independent market activity around your neighborhood and propositions to ensure you are offering our customers the best solutions and insight from the biggest foodservice provider in the world.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the foodservice industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
