Job Description

Village Church seeks a skilled Neighborhood Revitalization Associate to support our mission of transforming our city through Jesus. This role requires a unique blend of community engagement, leadership development, and spiritual growth.

Responsibilities

* Mobilize volunteers to serve in their neighborhoods, fostering a sense of community and unity among team members
* Develop and implement strategies to connect with unchurched people, inspiring them to explore their faith
* Build strong relationships with local organizations, businesses, and government agencies to promote mutual understanding and collaboration

Salary and Benefits

* Estimated salary: $48,000 per year (based on 20 hours/week at $24/hour)
* 3 weeks of vacation
