Fruition IT is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization\u2019s infrastructure to ensure optimal system performance and service continuity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement advanced software, hardware platforms, and cloud services to drive efficiency and productivity across the organization.
  • Analyze existing systems and business models to recommend solutions and improvements.
  • Prepare and author technical documentation, including performance specifications and solution designs.
  • Diagnose and resolve system-related issues, escalating to third-party vendors as necessary to maintain service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security procedures and protocols.
  • Lead the preparation of technical plans and ensure the assignment of appropriate technical resources.
  • Provide expert advice on solution development, integration, and technical strategies.
  • Conduct impact analysis on design options, managing and assessing associated risks.
Requirements
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Proficiency with Azure networking, server, storage, and application management.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms like Mimecast, Varonis, and Cisco Umbrella.
  • Skilled in HP/Dell Server, SAN/NAS storage solutions, and VMware vSphere.
  • Knowledge of Backup & Recovery technologies (Veeam, Avamar, Zerto).
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and firewall technologies.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Terraform, Chef, Puppet).
