Senior Infrastructure Engineer - M365

A permanent position is available for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to work with a global infrastructure provider. The role is based in Leeds office and offers a salary of £45k - £60k based on experience.

The successful candidate will support and develop the company's global infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of on-premise and cloud infrastructures. Key responsibilities include monitoring, supporting, and maintaining servers, Azure AD, OneDrive, and Azure environments. Additionally, the candidate will provide advice and guidance on maintaining cloud, server, network, and security environments, and manage the ongoing global migration from on-premise IT infrastructure into a cloud managed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and support global on-premise and cloud infrastructures across key components.
  2. Provide advice and guidance on maintaining cloud, server, network, and security environments.
  3. Manage the ongoing global migration from on-premise IT infrastructure into a cloud managed environment.
  4. Respond to 2nd and 3rd line Help Desk calls.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience as an Infrastructure Engineer in an enterprise environment.
  2. Proven experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
  3. Excellent understanding of Microsoft Technologies, Windows Servers, and Active Directory.
  4. Good knowledge of VMWare, Vcenter, and Esxi.
