Senior Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at ECS Resource Group Ltd. As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting and developing our global infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Infrastructure Monitoring and Support: Monitor, support, and maintain our global on-premise and cloud infrastructures across key components including servers, Azure AD, OneDrive, Azure, etc.
  2. Infrastructure Advice and Guidance: Provide advice and guidance on maintaining the cloud, server, network, and security environments.
  3. Cloud Migration: Manage the ongoing global migration from on-premise IT infrastructure into a cloud-managed environment.
  4. Help Desk Support: Respond to 2nd and 3rd line Help Desk calls.
Requirements:
  1. Infrastructure Experience: Previous experience as an Infrastructure Engineer working in an enterprise environment.
  2. Microsoft 365 Expertise: Proven experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
  3. Technical Skills: Excellent understanding of Microsoft Technologies, Windows Servers, and Active Directory.
  4. Additional Skills: Good knowledge of VMWare, Vcenter, and Esxi.
