Job Description:

  • Work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Assist students with SEN in classrooms and other settings
  • Communicate regularly with parents and carers to ensure effective collaboration

Key Qualifications:

  • 1:1 or 2:1 Degree from a leading UK university
  • Prior SEN-based experience with children
  • Enthusiastic, confident, and proactive personality
  • Experience in behaviour management and confidence in working with SEN students
  • Previous work in a school setting is required

Compensation:

  • £92 per hour (£19,184 - £23,476 per year)
