Residential Support Worker

As a Residential Support Worker with PP Associates Ltd, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to residents in a residential care setting.
You will work closely with other care professionals to ensure the well-being, comfort, and dignity of residents, while fostering a positive, safe, and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Care: Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Resident Support: Provide emotional and social support to residents, promoting their dignity, independence, and well-being.
- Health & Safety: Monitor residents' physical and emotional health and report any concerns to senior staff or medical professionals.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a residential care setting is preferred but not essential.
- Experience of working with elderly individuals or those with special needs or disabilities is an advantage.
- A recognised qualification in care (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care) is desirable but not required.
