Dementia Care Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to residents in a residential care setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional and social support to residents, promoting their dignity, independence, and well-being.
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Monitor residents' physical and emotional health and report any concerns to senior staff or medical professionals.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a residential care setting is preferred but not essential.
- Experience of working with elderly individuals or those with special needs or disabilities is an advantage.
- A recognised qualification in care (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care) is desirable but not required.
