Support Worker for Young People

Key Responsibilities- Provide individualised support to service users, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being
- Organise and facilitate social activities, such as outings and community events
- Assist with daily tasks, including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation
- Participate in team meetings to share knowledge and best practice
- Collaborate with the clinical team and local authorities
We are looking for individuals who possess strong life skills and experience working with children or in health and social care. A full UK driving licence is required due to the nature of the work. We offer a competitive salary range of £11.92-£12.54 per hour, dependent on qualifications, and a range of benefits, including overtime paid at an enhanced rate and annual leave entitlement of 224 hours.
