About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Systemic Practitioner to join our Family Help Service on an innovative pilot scheme to support the embedding of systemic practice.
As a Systemic Practitioner, you will provide ongoing training, lead monthly group reflective sessions, and offer one-on-one consultations for key workers. You will also support the use of tools like genograms and outcome measures.
In addition, the role involves helping with the evaluation of the pilot by assisting key workers in completing outcome measures with families and aiding in data collection. The post holder will receive training from the Institute of Family Therapy (IFT) to become a fully qualified systemic psychotherapist.
