Job Title: Spinal Injury Rehabilitation Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Spinal Injury Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Health Case Management Limited. As a key member of our Personal Injury team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with spinal injuries, assessing their needs, and developing rehabilitation plans to ensure maximal recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and understand the specific needs of clients with spinal injuries
• Develop and implement rehabilitation plans to promote maximal recovery
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and clinicians to ensure accurate and up-to-date case records
• Manage funds allocated for rehabilitation, reviewing and processing treatment invoices and monitoring overall case spend
• Work towards agreed monthly financial and revenue targets, adhering to HCML policies and guidelines

About the Role:
This is a home-based role with regional travel, offering a competitive salary of £45-55k DOE. As a Spinal Injury Rehabilitation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with spinal injuries, working towards their maximal recovery and overall well-being.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in spinal injury rehabilitation case management
• Strong clinical and professional skills, with the ability to assess and understand client needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and clinicians
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases
