Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction on frameworks and major projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to AECOM's quality assurance process.
  • People Development & Mentoring: Mentor junior staff, supporting their technical development and promoting a culture of respect within the team.
  • Governance: Act as lead verifier for major design projects and programmes, providing technical direction and ensuring project risks are adequately managed.
  • Commercial & Technical Support: Demonstrate commercial awareness, managing technical risks and offering value to clients and AECOM.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience leading development consents applications for large infrastructure projects across various consenting regimes. Strong business development skills, including work-winning and client relationship management, are also essential.
