Job Title: Strategic Workforce Director

We are seeking an experienced senior leader to lead the regional and national workforce strategy at The National Composites Centre. As part of the High Value Manufacturing Catapult, our organisation is a technology centre focused on addressing complex engineering challenges. You will join us as we implement our workforce strategy.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive workforce plan that aligns with our business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them. With your expertise, we aim to create a skilled and agile workforce that drives innovation and growth.

We estimate that this role will pay around £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive workforce strategy aligned with business objectives
• Identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective workforce planning

Requirements:
• Proven experience in workforce development or a related field
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and drive innovation
