Job Title: Logistics Planning Director

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Filton, Bristol (Hybrid schedule, 3 days onsite weekly)

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Planning Director to join our team at HireTalent - Diversity Staffing & Recruiting Firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing logistics strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in logistics planning, with expertise in transportation management, warehousing, and inventory control. They will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the Logistics Planning team to achieve set goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in logistics planning, with expertise in transportation management, warehousing, and inventory control.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
