Job Title: Customer Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Coordinator to join our team at JMK Resourcing Solutions. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our key account customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to handle customer inquiries and perform sales administration tasks for key accounts.
  • Meet and achieve targets and service level agreements (SLAs) while managing your daily workload.
  • Utilize company databases and systems, such as order management systems and CRM, to contribute to departmental goals.
  • Work with internal departments to resolve customer queries and complaints.
  • Support key account managers by ensuring orders are sent out on time and in full, and identifying any issues that need correction.
  • Provide feedback to management for continuous customer improvement.
Key Challenges and Decisions:
  • Advocate for customer needs with internal colleagues.
  • Ensure orders are placed accurately.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple areas of accountability.
Person Specification:
  • Experience with Excel and CRM systems such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Zendesk, or Freshdesk.
  • Experience managing high-turnover accounts, such as key accounts or VIP customers.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone to resolve issues and build relationships.
  • A quick learner with experience in a similar customer service role, preferably in a B2B or BTR industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience in managing/resolving customer complaints.
