SEN Learning Mentor

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Learning Mentor to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a SEN Learning Mentor, you will be responsible for supporting the class teacher in general teaching activities, getting the classroom ready for lessons, and working 1-1 with pupils who require additional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in general teaching activities
- Prepare the classroom for lessons
- Work 1-1 with pupils who require additional support
- Monitor behaviour and provide feedback to the teacher
- Be a positive and proactive addition to the school
- Contribute to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within the school
