Post Office Manager Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Post Office Manager to lead the efficient operation of our Post Office branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maximizing sales and profit, and minimizing loss.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Serve customers according to company procedures, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction at all times.
- Branch Operations: Maximise sales and profit, and minimize loss, by carrying out allocated tasks to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Post Office and its staff.
- Cash Handling: Handle and balance cash accurately, completing administration duties as required.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful daily operation of the Post Office branch.
Requirements:
- Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to lead a team and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Cash Handling Experience: Previous experience in cash handling and administration.
- Sales and Targets: Experience in sales and working towards sales targets.
- Microsoft Office: Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
