We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to lead our Supported Living team and deliver exceptional services to tenants.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced professional to manage activities, resources, people, and information in a Supported Living service. Key objectives include meeting the needs of Service Users.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Effective management of resources and information to ensure efficient service delivery;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with team members, stakeholders, and Service Users;
- Ability to motivate and support a team to achieve high-quality service outcomes;
- Experience working in a Supported Living service, with a strong understanding of the sector's key challenges and opportunities.
