Job Description

We are seeking a highly efficient and organized Administrative Support Professional to provide high-quality administrative support to Exmouth Community College. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, contributing to a welcoming and professional environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a dynamic and community-driven team. You will deliver high-quality and efficient temporary administrative services, providing essential cover for the College as needed on an ad hoc basis.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the College's staff and students.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Support events and meetings as required.
  • Perform other administrative duties as necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be based at Exmouth Community College, working within a team of dedicated professionals. A salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum will be offered, depending on experience.
