- Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensuring strict compliance with FCA and Consumer Duty regulations is essential for this role.
- Insurance Professional: We are looking for someone with proven experience in commercial insurance and a strong understanding of commercial insurance products.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required for success in this role.
- Base Salary and Commission Structure: The successful candidate can expect up to £40,000 base salary + uncapped commission structure.
