Key responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the reception desk, ensuring seamless client experiences
- Book appointments, handle phone calls, and communicate with clients via email
- Process payments, order food and medication, and promote our Healthcare Plan
- Work collaboratively with the Vet and Nurse teams to deliver exceptional patient care
Suitable candidates will possess:
- 2+ years of experience in veterinary reception or a similar field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organisational prowess and ability to multitask under pressure
- Passion for animal welfare and dedication to delivering exceptional client service
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
