Key responsibilities:

  1. Efficiently manage the reception desk, ensuring seamless client experiences
  2. Book appointments, handle phone calls, and communicate with clients via email
  3. Process payments, order food and medication, and promote our Healthcare Plan
  4. Work collaboratively with the Vet and Nurse teams to deliver exceptional patient care

Suitable candidates will possess:

  • 2+ years of experience in veterinary reception or a similar field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organisational prowess and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Passion for animal welfare and dedication to delivering exceptional client service
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software
