This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Fashion and Wardrobe Assistant at Spring Studios.

About the Position

We are seeking an organized and proactive individual to support our styling team in maintaining a comprehensive wardrobe at Spring Studios. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with our M&S account team to ensure that our wardrobe remains up-to-date and aligned with the latest fashion trends.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the M&S team to ensure the wardrobe's brand integrity and seasonality across all shoots.
  2. Stay informed about styling information from the Lead Stylist and clients to guarantee seamless execution.
  3. Organize new products added to the wardrobe after shoots, ensuring correct storage and labeling according to current season directions.
  4. Work closely with the Spring styling team and client to guarantee sufficient quantities for all studios.
  5. Support morning sets by providing essential styling props.
  6. Maintain the wardrobe's presentation, separating shoes by size, picking up clothes on the floor, and keeping styling areas tidy.
  7. Update the wardrobe with new styling elements and record samples using Flo.
  8. Remove outdated and out-of-stock items flagged by the M&S team and record them in Flo.
  9. Manage styling kits on each set and notify production when new kits are needed.
  10. Foster strong relationships with in-house and freelance stylists, as well as the creative team.
  11. Support sample coordinators with managing styling between the styling area and SM.
  12. Become flexible to assist the Lead Stylist on special projects as needed.
  13. Ensure adherence to the agreed Spring / M&S Ecommerce workflow and Spring production if any issues arise.
  14. Be available to support freelance stylists on prep days locating styling pieces.
  15. Collaborate with the sample management team to maintain daily processes between SM and styling.
  16. Manage internal colorway documents and communicate with the styling team and freelancers to ensure updates.
  17. Check styling items for laundry processing.
