Fashion Stylist Role Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who wishes to start their career as a Fashion Stylist. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrable interest in fashion and be well-versed in the latest trends.

The role is situated at Spring Studios, working on the M&S account 5 days a week, and involves collaboration with the styling team and clients to ensure that the wardrobe is maintained on brand and seasonal for all shoots.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Wardrobe Management: Maintain the wardrobe held at Spring Studios, ensuring it remains on brand and seasonal for all BU shoots, and guarantee new products added to the wardrobe are correctly stored and labelled.
  2. Styling Coordination: Work closely with the Lead Stylist and client to ensure we have the right quantities to cover all studios, and provide support to all sets in the morning to guarantee the correct styling props are available.
  3. Organization and Time Management: Maintain the wardrobe's presentation, including separating shoes by size, picking up clothes that have fallen on the floor, and ensuring styling areas are kept neat and tidy.
  4. Communication and Teamwork: Develop a good relationship with the in-house and freelance stylists and the creative team, and work closely with the sample management team to ensure daily processes between SM and styling are upheld.
  5. Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to work calmly under pressure, flexibility to assist the lead stylist on set for a full day when needed, and proactive in working processes.

Salary Information: The salary for this position is estimated to be within the range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
