Payroll Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Team Leader to join our team at CVS UK Ltd. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the UK payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the UK payroll team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for all UK employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK payroll legislation and ensure all processes are compliant.
- Generate regular payroll reports and provide insights to senior management.
- High volume multi-site payroll environment experience.
- 5 years experience with CIPP qualification.
- Working knowledge of Resource Link payroll (not essential).
- International payroll experience, including ROI and Netherlands.
- Advanced level of Excel and good Microsoft skills.
- Up to date working knowledge of HMRC legislation and Statutory Payments.
- Up to date working knowledge of Real Time Information, Pensions, GDPR, Gender Pay Gap.
- 6 weeks leave a year (5 weeks annual leave + Bank Holidays or equivalent time off).
