About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Director to join our team at BeTechnology Group in Lincoln. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that drive results.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in PR, communications, or marketing, with experience working in a grant-funded environment. You will be responsible for crafting press releases, internal & external communications, copywriting, and all other activities related to PR and Comms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with regulatory guidelines and organisational goals.
  • Monitor the success of communication campaigns and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Partner with funding managers and project teams to understand grant requirements and create tailored communication plans.
  • Plan and deliver events tied to grant announcements, project milestones, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Executive to position the organisation as a sector leader.
  • Lead communication efforts for grant-related activities and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in PR, communications, or marketing, ideally within a grant-funded environment.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to adapt strategies to meet shifting priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Office 365 and Adobe tools.
