The role will be working with the multiagency team.

Main Duties
  • Assist with the effective running, by professional representation of Universal Childrens services, as part of the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) & Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) process across the designated localities within NELFT.
  • Contribute to the effective management of MASH & MARAC case information within the Locality established panels.
  • Maintain clinical credibility and provide clinical support to Universal teams, support/lead development of the role, appropriate clinical guidelines and managerial/child protection supervision.
  • Show leadership skills and support & deputise for the Team Lead and Operational Lead.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • SCPHN HV/SN qualification.
  • Evidence of continued CPD.
  • Education to degree level.

Desirable criteria include:

  • Masters level qualification.
  • Mentorship qualification.

Essential criteria include:

  • Minimum 5 years working in community.
  • Experience of working with external agencies.
  • Experience of working across organisational boundaries.
  • Ability to assess needs of families, individuals and populations.
