We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Compass Children's Homes. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our children and young people.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the care and support of our children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the children, meeting their individual needs and safeguarding them at all times.
- Create and implement individualized care plans, setting boundaries and expectations to promote consistency and organization.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide therapeutic support and interventions, promoting the children's emotional and psychological well-being.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are equipped to provide the highest standard of care.
