About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Westfields, a residential care home in Swaffham, West Norfolk. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care and support tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Support service users with their daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management.
  • Participate in wellbeing events and activities, promoting a safe and engaging environment.
  • Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner, communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
