About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team in Swaffham. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for the individuals we support, helping them to gain independence and confidence in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Encourage and support individuals to access their local communities and engage in social activities
  • Teach new life skills and promote independence
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to provide a high-quality service
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license
  • Resilience, flexibility, and composure in approach
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs
  • Ability to follow Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
