About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team. As a Female Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, household chores, and personal hygiene.
  • Support individuals to engage in activities and hobbies that promote their physical and mental health.
  • Work collaboratively with other support staff to ensure a seamless and effective support service.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans, ensuring that the needs and preferences of each individual are met.
Requirements
  • Experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities, preferably in a support worker role.
  • Ability to work as part of a 24/7 shift pattern, including earlies, lates, long days, and paid sleep-in shifts.
  • Full UK manual driving licence for 1+ years (essential for some roles).
  • Confidence in supporting individuals with personal care and a good sense of humour.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
