Digital Experience Specialist

Harnham is seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our agency client's digital transformation, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimising campaigns within Braze to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Creation: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to create engaging customer experiences.
  • Integration and Troubleshooting: Ensure seamless integration with other marketing and data platforms and troubleshoot any issues within Braze campaigns.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns meet business objectives and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Client Delivery: Deliver high-quality technical Braze support to clients and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Braze Expertise: Proven experience with Braze as a marketing automation platform.
  • Campaign Strategy: Strong understanding of campaign design, segmentation, and targeting.
  • Data Integration: Experience with API integrations, data mapping, and automation workflows in Braze.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions.
  • Campaign Optimisation: Knowledge of A/B testing and campaign optimisation best practices.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.
