Lead Vehicle Technician Sought

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vehicle Technician/Master Technician to join our team. As a leader within the workshop and service team, you will play a vital role in driving business success and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for overseeing complex repairs and diagnostics, leveraging your technical expertise to achieve outstanding results. Additionally, you will support the team in achieving their goals, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and guide junior technicians, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent experience.
  • A proven track record of leadership and team management in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid full clean UK driving license.
Package:

We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of up to £39,000 and an Overtime of £45,000, along with various benefits such as:
