We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chester. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Greek.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking orders from customers in Greek and processing them in SAP
- Overseeing backorders and returns (RMA)
- Liaising with customers to resolve issues and ensure quality service
- Determining solutions to customer issues through root cause analysis
Requirements:
- Business fluency in Greek
- Previous experience in order processing/customer support
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
