Finance Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and meticulous individual to join our accounts team as a Finance Assistant on a part-time permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Match purchase orders with delivery notes and invoices
  • Reconcile supplier statements and chase missing invoices
  • Raise and process supplier payment runs
  • Enter supplier and other GL payments
  • Complete workflows to digitalise the Purchase Ledger process
  • Assist with improving Finance and IT Systems
  • Check credit card and expense transactions
  • Maintain supplier details and set up new suppliers
  • Distribute foreign exchange rates and update ERP system
  • Support Management Accountant with month-end processes
Requirements:
  • Previous experience with financial services software
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and approachable
  • Part AAT-qualified is desired but not essential

We offer flexibility with start and finish times for this position as long as they are completed within the main office hours. Office hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:15 PM.
