Finance Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and meticulous individual to join our accounts team as a Finance Assistant on a part-time permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Purchase Ledger, working closely with our Management Accountant to ensure a smooth running operation. This will involve matching purchase invoices with purchase orders and processing invoices through our automated system.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Matching purchase orders with delivery notes and invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements and chasing missing invoices
  • Raising and processing supplier payment runs
  • Entering supplier and other GL payments
  • Completing workflows to digitalise the Purchase Ledger process
  • Assisting with improving Finance and IT Systems
  • Checking credit card and expense transactions
  • Maintaining supplier details and setting up new suppliers

What We Offer:
