Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and meticulous individual to join our accounts team as a Finance Assistant on a part-time permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Purchase Ledger, working closely with our Management Accountant to ensure a smooth running operation. This will involve matching purchase invoices with purchase orders and processing invoices through our automated system.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
- Matching purchase orders with delivery notes and invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements and chasing missing invoices
- Raising and processing supplier payment runs
- Entering supplier and other GL payments
- Completing workflows to digitalise the Purchase Ledger process
- Assisting with improving Finance and IT Systems
- Checking credit card and expense transactions
- Maintaining supplier details and setting up new suppliers
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, efficient, and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. If you have excellent communication skills and are able to work well as part of a team, we would love to hear from you.
