Resales Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Resales Consultant to join our Residential Investment team in Holborn, London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of shared ownership resale and staircasing transactions, ensuring a high standard of customer service and meeting monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Progress shared ownership resale and interim staircasing cases to exchange and completion.
- Communicate effectively with leaseholders, legal teams, and internal/external stakeholders.
- Provide advice on lease interpretation and relevant legislation to customers and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records and manage cases using internal databases and case management systems.
- Prepare and present weekly pipeline reports to management.
- Stay up to date with legislation and technical knowledge relevant to the role.
- Ensure compliance with MTVH policies, GDPR, and industry best practices.
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within shared ownership resales or conveyancing.
- Strong customer service and case management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
