About the Company:
A leading manufacturer of food products is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Director to lead their quality assurance team. The company operates in a fast-paced environment and requires someone who can drive high levels of food safety and GMP standards.

About the Role:
This is a leadership role that involves managing a team of quality professionals and developing a culture of continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include leading daily interactions with the factory teams, ensuring Quality KPIs are well-established and measured, and collaborating with the wider factory teams to identify potential issues and implement long-term solutions.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you should have experience in QA or Technical roles within Food, FMCG, or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing. A good working knowledge of food safety, QA systems, and processes is also essential. A flexible approach to work-life balance is a must, as this company allows remote work arrangements.

Salary:
The salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
