About the Position

As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and integrating sustainable practices into all projects and decisions, focusing on energy usage and environmental responsibility.

  • Supporting performance review structures, ensuring actionable outcomes and progress tracking.
  • Providing regular updates on improvement initiatives and project statuses to stakeholders.
  • Conducting post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success and long-term sustainability.
  • Acknowledging individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback, and supporting professional development.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £55,000 - £75,000, depending on experience.
