Nursery Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursery Nurse to join our team at Aspire People. As a Nursery Nurse, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for our children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the individual needs of children with ASD and ADHD
* Plan and implement tailored activities to encourage learning and development
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Observe and assess children's progress and well-being
* Maintain a positive and stimulating learning environment
Requirements:
* Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education
* Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN), particularly ASD and ADHD
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A caring and patient approach to childcare
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
