We're seeking an HR consultant who embodies our core values and is passionate about driving organisational success through strategic HR solutions. You'll be part of our HR consultancy team, supporting clients with email and telephone advice on issues such as recruitment, employment relations, absence management, and disciplinary procedures. You'll act as the first point of contact for client queries and assist in the delivery of a range of different client projects.

  • HR experience either working with different clients or across different departments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to conduct effective training sessions and handle sensitive situations tactfully.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal information and develop practical HR solutions.
  • A commercial awareness and understanding of the bigger picture for our clients.
